Project Overview
Objective: For students to research various aspects of American culture and politics during their assigned decade (1950's, 1960’s, 1970’s, 1980’s, 1990’s, or 2000’s). This is also an opportunity for students to work on research, communication and presentation skills.
Directions:
1. Students will work independently to research the decades of the 1950s-2000s.
2. Topics to explore include:
After researching the topic, students will select 3 squares from the Tic Tac Toe board to complete showing what they learned.

Step 2 - Project
- Determine which 3 squares to complete from the Tic Tac Toe board
- You may choose one decade to use for all 3 squares or a different decade for each square
- Have fun and be creative!
